Vintage Kimono Prints, love it...
Past, present, future. The seasons sums up and New Zealand is slowly enrobing itself in a blushing spring and a maturing summer. I find jasmine blossoms between spikey cabbage trees, subtropical in so many ways. There is a new kind of breeze caressing the autumn leafs, making them lift and dance. The wind is more alluring and brisk, filled with a salty presence, almost like getting a taste of the ocean, lingering around in the air. It's all so beautiful and by photographing my collection theese past days, some of that summer feel got translated into my pictures.

So cute, even on Paris (I have to admit)..I know that the 'rest of the world' is feeling like wrapping themselves in chunky knits, bare with me tough, I can't help wanting bulk loads of prints and wraps in a breezy kimono style..(this rainy pretty long NZ 'winter' has forced me into a un- curable rainbow mood) this is a much longed for..summer...
Saying that, what stops us from wearing a vintage kimono for fall? It would look stunning mixed with knits..what's your comment...?
