Silk print pants-on my mind...

Ever since I mentioned pyjama pants, in all honesty: it was just yesterday. I have been wanting a pair to lounge around in or combine with flip flops for a take away at the Mount.  It feels like I have been wanting a pair ever since I got pregnant...

A few months ago, my wish wasn't in big demand and finding pants with the right silky 'falir' would probably be at holiday destinations like Bali or Goa (I bought heaps when I was there, but they sort of dissappeared between moves) or hitting some well stocked second hand shops around Auckland. Now stocking silky styles-sort of similar to the pair seen on Elin Kling from the Zara store is: Clover Canyon (the Folk Print pants are my favourites) and Of Two Minds, happily not too far off...

Oh, the challenge of multi-tasking, as I’m typing I’m sort of breast feeding the baby (still no name). She is well snuggled in my lap, resting against my stomach while the computer dangerously balances on my knee tops (but they both fit). It does however work and invites for a much needed break between washing fleece blankets with little cuddly animals printed and stitched on them and painting our living room. I wish it will be ready soon, as we have promised ourselves that we will splurge in a new and big lounge suite. Something to fall asleep in, that sort of size, without looking like grandma bought it in the 90’s (those leather recliner suites is unfortunately the most comfortable ones without being the most attractive)…

Maybe a new mom deserve a little pampering wardrobe wise, she has after all ‘lived’ in leggings for 9 months…
