Swedish Hasbeens is bringing the Clog back!

Fashion is like a little germ, the evil bug in the backyard of a daycare, pre-school or any other location housed with caughing children, it really just takes one, one iconic 'I look up to you' sort of friend and then you will have it too (or in many of my cases only want to have it).

And this particular friend did, like she always do, she's magically first to lead the way and make thoose finds way before my mortal self.

Before I knew it I was a Mrs Smith and with that said

..Really happily married! But still a bit shocked to find that this big event, life planned and so wished for just went by like any normal Friday in the sense that it was all so short..I keep wanting answers and keep asking, where did any of those summer days of bliss go? Short wonderful moments with my brother, walks with my mum and sunsets with my husband..

I have returned to my roots in Sweden and have been busy meeting up with long lost friends and planning my wedding along the way, nerves and arrangements is currently stopping my sketching and collection process but I'm enjoying being with family and friends just creating gold attachements on my bridesmaids dresses and flower portals. The heat has been immense and all my packed clothes from New Zealand seems useless in comparison to what I've actually been wearing..whats missing for beach leasure or strolling around in the harbour town of Visby would be a vintage looking leather bag or an alluring tribal one..I have found a  bargain on Ebay and can't wait for it to arrive by mail.

I want House of Harlow 1960, native styles and the blast from the past.

Nicole Richie knows fashion..Butter Maddie Navajo Suede Bootie, it comes in brown as well..I have written about Aztek prints clothing and native prints before but it wasn't until the Spring/Summer Wardrobe spread it's wings over black and the charchoal gray winter wardrobe that it was accessable for a bigger audience, to my joy..ready to be bought on several online stores..

Everything remotly native was either sold out or on a Preorder list and it wasn't much to choose from. Now it's the best accent pattern and style to any outfit this summer. Don't forget the colored pearls and the braids girls!

I'm currently browsing different shopping sites, looking for suitable pieces to add to my summer wardrobe. Something that is light-weight and easy to pack along with the longer crinkled shirts and leather sandals I already stocked up on. Now to something else, I'm counting down and it's only a one week race left to go before I pack my things at work and walk out from the Mall.. 5 days to be exact!
